Family Foodie Exchange Party Info!

The FOTF is hosting its 2nd Annual Foodie Exchanges!  It's open to all attendees (family and friends) of the DeGray weekend, 2024.  The idea is that you sign up to be part of an exchange by agreeing to bring an item for exchange with another attendee who signed up.  There will be 2 exchanges- one for pantry yums open to all ages of attendees and one for wine for our 21+ imbibers. The exchange party will take place after the FOTF annual member meeting- Friday, 8/2 around 7:30p in the DeGray room at the lodge.  You will need to be present to participate.  Here is how each will work and how to sign up:


Dry Goods Exchange!

Fill out THIS FORM to be part of the Dry Goods Exchange at DeGray 2024!  The form is open until July 15th, 2024.  This exchange includes any shelf-stable goodie you come up with.

Receiving: You'll be randomly paired with another family member to exchange your daring condiments. The exchange will happen right after the Friends of the Farm meeting on Friday night (8/2/24) in the DeGray Room (meeting at 6:30p, the exchange should be around 7:30p).  Your family member who you will exchange with will be emailed to you.  

Gifting:  You'll be given a name with any additional request.  The idea is that you bring a pantry good that you would want to share.  Maybe it's coffee beans from your local roaster, maybe it's a regional food from your area of the country, or maybe it's just a condiment that you really love.  The suggested value is between $5 and $10

Wine Exchange! 
Fill out THIS FORM to be part of the wine exchange at DeGray 2024!  The form is open until July 15th, 2024.


Receiving: You'll be randomly paired with another family member to exchange your libation. The exchange will happen right after the Friends of the Farm meeting on Friday night (8/2/24) in the DeGray Room (meeting at 6:30p, the exchange should be around 7:30p).  Your family member who you will exchange with will be emailed to you.  


Gifting:  You'll be given a name with any additional request.  The idea is that you bring a bottle of wine that you would want to share.  Maybe it's from a local vineyard to you, maybe it's something from your own collection, or maybe it's just a wine that you think is good.  Suggested value is between $8 and $20


You have to be 21 by 8/2/2024 to participate (duh)
